Stefan worked in a structured and well organized way, making sure to always deliver solid work that was well documented. As we went from a small size (10) person company into company with 6000+ employees, he was involved in most quality related aspects of production, testing and logistics ranging from small scale production locally to mid volume production in US.

In addition to this, Stefan participated in much of the daily other work that has to happen in a small team. In my opinion, one of Stefan’s greatest strengths is the ability to objectively analyze information and data and pass on a summarized version to the decision making team. This has been very valuable for us.
